Always trim your wick 1/4 inch each time you burn your candle.
Allow your candle to fully pool on its first burn for a maximum of 3 hours.
This prevents tunnelling and ensures an even burn.
Candles may be subject to pulling and frosting. These are white spots that can occur.
This is a natural effect of soy wax, and doesn't affect the way the candle burns.
Never burn your candle for longer than 4 hours.
Keep your candle away from draughts when you burn it. Never burn near an open window, aircon or fan.
Candles are sensitive to temperature and light. Try store candles in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight.
When your candle's finished (always leave about 1cm of wax left) wash the jar with warm water, scrape out wax and reuse.
The jar can be multi-purposed as a makeup brush storage, a tea & coffee jar, a pen holder even a jar for indoor plants. There are heaps of ways to get creative with it.
