Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100.

We offer free express shipping on all Australian orders over $250.

When will my order be shipped?

We ship all our orders from our warehouse based in Melbourne, Australia. 

Goddess Earrings: Orders placed for our Goddess earrings will be dispatched the next business day. 

Zodiac Prints: Orders placed for our Zodiac Prints will be dispatched in 5-7 days business days.

Candles: Our Candles are all handmade to order and we allow them to cure (rest) for 7-10 days, this process allows the soy wax and fragrance molecules to fully bind together. This ensures that you get the best fragrance from your candle. 

All candle orders will be dispatched in 10-20 business days.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at elementalwhispersau@gmail.com We will make every effort to ensure the correct delivery of your order. 

In the event that your order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for contacting the courier to update the address or collect the parcel from the address that has been entered.
